Financial Advisory Services
The most recent addition to TelniaSoft is the Financial Advisory Services division. This division was formed to fulfill the growing demand from hundreds of our clients who have the experience of working with our brilliant staff and outstanding executives. These clients expressed an interest using our company's knowledge on financial restructuring, taxation, management review, proper accounting, legal framework, financial modeling, capital raising, debt/equity financing and business strategy. Our focus is to protect our client's assets, expand their existing operations, and acquire new business targets.
The FAS also provides assistance to our global clients in identifying and acquiring real estate and other assets at an international level. We conduct comprehensive due diligence, structure financial models, and find local partners if desired by our clients.
