Irfan J. Shah is Country Manager of TelniaSoft Inc. He has a diversified experience in BackOffice Support Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Project Management, Information Technology and Marketing. Irfan is also associated with GMC-TIN (Asia/Pacific Secretariat) an initiative by Mr. Kofi Annan, the Secretary General of the United Nations. Irfan has been very active in developing strategies, improvement in client servicing, customer acquisition strategies and conducting seminars, awareness workshops and presentations.
